Handmade white and grey extra small basket can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is woven from as much recycled plastic as possible, yet remains food safe and easy to clean with just water.
Beautiful Nordic design and skillful Kenyan weaving are the hallmarks of our wide-ranging Kiondo collection. Working directly with women's groups in rural villages, weaving provides safe work and reliable income for our artisans, and keeps the tradition alive.

The story of two friends
Mifuko was founded in 2009 by two Finnish designers. From the start their mission was to bring joy to customers while improving the welfare of women in rural areas of Africa.
