We accept international payments. Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR). 


If you select Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, Paypal or Apple Pay in the shopping cart as payment method, your payment transaction will be processed by Stripe in a secure environment. Please note that Apple Pay is only available if you use Safari browser.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

      Shipping payments

      We use well-known and trustworthy shipping companies. Delivery cost within Finland is 4,90 euros, with free delivery on orders over 100 €. You can arrange a free pick-up from our warehouse by calling our customer service + 358 50 470 3829 or emailing shop[at]

      Delivery cost within EU is 9,90 euros, with free delivery on orders over 200 €.

      Delivery cost to the rest of the Europe, United States and Canada is 25 euros, with free delivery on orders over 300 €. 

      Delivery cost to the rest of the world is 39 euros, with free delivery on orders over 400 €.

      Please note that you might need to pay import VAT and customs duties when ordering outside EU! These are not covered by Mifuko. 

      Delivering orders to UK

      Due to Brexit and the customs policy between EU and UK, we unfortunately do not ship orders to the UK.

      Order confirmation

      We will send you an order confirmation email about receiving your order after your payment has been accepted. We will send you an shipping confirmation when the order has been shipped and you can start tracking your order.

      Cancelling or making changes to your order after payment

      Once the order is placed and paid for, we aim to ship within 3 working days. Holiday season may cause a delay to shipping.

      We are unable to cancel or amend your order after it has been shipped.

      Until you have not received an order confirmation with tracking number we may have a possibility to make changes to your order. Should you want to make changes please email us with your request and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. 

      If you want to exchange the product you have ordered and received, you must return the product you do not want to keep and place a new order for the product you want to replace it with. See below for return instructions. You will receive a 20 % discount code for the new order when you contact our customer service at +358 50 470 3829 / shop[at]

      If you are not completely satisfied you may return the products for a full refund.

      You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the products!

      If you decide to cancel the order and make a return, contact our customer service within 14 days after your order has arrived to receive full refund.

      After informing us about the order cancellation, you have 14 days to mail the ordered products back. You are responsible for the cost of the return and for ensuring that the return reaches us intact.

      Cancellation and return instructions

      1) Within 14 days after your order has arrived, inform us about the return by filling in the return form or sending us an email that includes your order number. Email for returns: shop[at]

      We would be very happy to hear why you have decided to return your order to improve our products and service.

      2) Please make sure you have your name & address on the return package. Also please include the original packing slip in the package.

      Please note that products returned to us must be in a resalable condition, unused and in their original packaging with labels attached.

      3) Mail the products back to us. Return address: Hellman Corporation Oy, Tulliportinkatu 55, 80130 Joensuu, Finland.

      You are responsible for the costs of return unless the products are faulty or you are ending the contract because of an error in pricing or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.

      Once we have receive the returned product(s), we will issue you a refund for the cost of the products and the shipping cost that you paid when making the order. 

      Office fee for orders that were not delivered/picked up

      Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us without you explicitly informing us about the return before the package arrives, we hold the right to charge as office fees and shipping costs for undelivered packages:

      • Delivery to Finland 15€ 
      • Delivery within EU 15€
      • Delivery outside of EU 25€

      We cannot reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. You are welcome to place a new order on our website.
