An everyday favourite in many homes, suitable for use indoors and outdoors. Use this lovely basket to store towels, toys, or newspapers and bottles for recycling. It also makes a great cover for a plant pot on the balcony. The high-quality basket is woven from plastic, with supporting twines made of sisal. It can be rinsed with water.
The basket is designed in Finland and handwoven in Kenya as part of our Fair Trade business model, which is verified by WFTO. Each handwoven basket is signed by its maker.

Mifuko Kiondo baskets are folded for transport to save space. You can shape the basket by spraying it lightly with water and then shaping it by hand.
