If you are not completely satisfied you can return the products, no questions asked.


After your order has arrived you have 14 days to consider if you want to keep the product.

To return your product:

  • Including the order number please email us shop[at]
  • Then simply ship the products back to us making sure you have included the original packing slip in the return package.

Once we receive the returned order, we will issue you a refund including the shipping cost that you paid when making the order.

We will pay the costs of return:

  • if the products are faulty or mis-describe
  • if you are ending the contract because of an error in pricing or description or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.

In all other circumstances than mentioned above you are responsible for the costs of return.

We reserve the right to deny a returned item or deny full refund should the product no longer appear salable or does not meet our return standards:

  • Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. 
  • Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached

We expect the returned products arrive to our premises within 30 days from the date when you received the order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that allows us to verify who is returning the products and that we are refunding the right person. As a proof we accept

  • the packing slip that is inside the return parcel and
  • email confirmation of your purchase that you can forward to us.

Refunds for returned orders

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If refund in approved we will issue you a refund for the cost of the products and the shipping cost that you paid when making the order. Refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Refunds for undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us without you explicitly informing us about the return, you will be issued a full refund excluding shipping charges. We hold the right to charge as office fees and shipping costs for undelivered packages:

  • Delivery to Finland 9€ 
  • Delivery within EU 9 euros
  • Delivery outside of EU 25 euros

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would want to change an item please return the original item and inform us that you would like to change the item by emailing us: shop[at]

We will cover the shipping fee for sending your new item by emailing you a discount code that will deduct shipping cost from your next order. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
