Return within 14 days after your order has arrived, let us know about the return by sending an email with your order number to hello[at]mifuko.fi. We would be very happy to hear why you have decided to return your order, so we can improve our products and service.

1. Pack the products carefully so they are not damaged in transit. We recommend using the original packaging, and all accessories and parts should be returned with the product. Please make sure your name and address are on the return package, and include the original packing slip.

You may handle the products as you would in a shop to check them. If a product has been used beyond that, you may be liable for any reduction in its value.

1. Send the package back within 14 days of your return notification.

Returns from Finland: Use our Matkahuolto return code 9561445. Write the code on the package and take it to a Matkahuolto service point. Returns cannot be left in a parcel locker. Please keep the receipt.

Returns from other countries: We will send you a GLS return label by email. Print the label, attach it to the package and take it to a GLS point.

If you are not completely satisfied you may return the products for a full refund.

If you decide to cancel the order and make a return, contact our customer service within 14 days after your order has arrived to receive full refund.

The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund: €10 per order with the Matkahuolto return code and €15 per order with the GLS return label. If the product is faulty, or you are returning it because of an error on our part, we cover the return shipping cost.

We do not make direct exchanges. Please return the original product following the instructions above and place a new order for the product you would like. If your original order included a discount code, place the new order first and then contact us at hello[at]mifuko.fi, and we will apply the same discount to your new order.

We refund the price of the products and the original shipping cost you paid when placing the order, minus the return shipping cost. The refund is made to your original payment method within 14 days of your return notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have shown proof that you have sent them. You will receive an automatic message once your return has been processed.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up, and you have not informed us about the return before it arrives, we may deduct the shipping costs for the returned package from your refund:

We cannot reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. You are welcome to place a new order on our website.
