The icterine warbler breeds in Finland and spends the winter in Africa, beautifully connecting our two homelands. This small yellow bird is a skilled mimic, and its song includes notes borrowed from other birds. The cheerful ornament brings a touch of light into the home. The high-quality ornament is hand-carved from jacaranda wood and hand-painted.
The ornament is designed in Finland and hand-carved in Kenya as part of our WFTO-verified Fair Trade business model. Each hand-carved ornament is signed by its maker.
