A luxurious, high-quality small basket. In this lovely basket, the softness of wool meets the texture of sisal, making it ideal for storing yarn, cosmetics or small items in the hallway. The high-quality basket combines wool, sisal and FSC-certified paper cord. The wool is leftover material from rug production, and the handle is made from vegetable-tanned leather.
The basket is designed in Finland and handwoven in Kenya as part of our WFTO-verified Fair Trade business model. Each handwoven basket is signed by its maker.

Mifuko Kiondo baskets are folded for transport to save space. You can shape the basket by spraying it lightly with water and then shaping it by hand. See the care instructions for more information.
