These products are handwoven from three natural materials, wool, paper and sisal, making them strong and durable. Sisal is a vegetable fibre, and may feel rough at first, but softens with use. Wool is known as an insulating, durable and easy-care natural material. The wool we use is surplus wool from the carpet industry. The paper cord has been developed in collaboration with a Kenyan factory. The paper we use is FSC-certified and can be recycled at the end of its life. Products made of paper do not tolerate soaking but can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not scrub the surface, machine wash, spin dry or tumble dry. Allow to dry in a warm place, but not in direct sunlight.
